About

Owner-operated, and new

JJM Cleaning is a new company. You will not find a founding date, a project count, or a client list on this site, because we have not earned them yet and you would find that out on the first phone call. Here is what is actually true.

Who runs it

Jason Martinez

Owner · On site

Jason Martinez owns the company and runs the crew on the job. The person who walks your space, writes the scope, and prices the work is the person you find on site when something changes. There is no account manager between you and the people holding the equipment.

That is the whole pitch, and it is the one advantage a new company genuinely has over a large one: you are not going to get sold by a salesperson and then handed to a crew that never heard the conversation.

Service area

Miami-Dade and Broward counties

We cover both counties end to end. In plain language: from Homestead up through the Miami core and the Beach, west to Doral and Kendall, and across the county line through Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale, Pembroke Pines, and Pompano. If your job is just outside that line, call and ask — the answer depends on the size of the job and the schedule, not on the map.

Safety

How we behave on your site

Our crew works in PPE — hard hats, hi-vis, eye protection, and closed-toe boots — and follows your site-specific safety plan rather than our own. We attend your orientation, sign in and out like every other trade, and stay out of areas that have not been released to us.

If we find damage, we report it instead of cleaning over it. A scratched lite of glass or a gouged threshold that gets discovered on your punch walk is a much more expensive problem than one you hear about the same afternoon.

Paperwork

Send your compliance requirements with the bid request and we will tell you exactly which documents we can produce today and which ones we cannot. A straight answer about a missing document is worth more to your compliance team than a promise that falls apart at the gate.

Staffing

How we staff and supervise a job

Supervision is not delegated
Jason Martinez is on site with the crew and is the point of contact for your super. You are not calling an office to get a message passed along.
We staff to the date, not to a headcount
Call with your square footage and your walkthrough date and we will tell you what we can crew for it. We would rather turn down a job we cannot staff than miss your date and cost you a certificate of occupancy.
The scope is a checklist on site
The written scope from the walkthrough is what the crew works from, area by area. That is how we know a unit is finished rather than assuming it.
Our own equipment and supplies
Machines, vacuums, chemicals, and consumables arrive with us. We need water, power, and dumpster access from you, and we confirm all three at the walkthrough.

Add us to a bid list

The fastest way to find out whether we are any good is a small scope on a job you already have. Send it over.
