Schedule

Where we fall in your schedule

Three phases, not one visit. Each one is scoped, priced, and scheduled against the same look-ahead your other trades work from.

The following chart shows a typical construction sequence — Framing, Drywall, Paint, MEP trim, Flooring, Fixtures, Punch walk, C.O. — with each of our three cleaning phases positioned against it. The same information is listed underneath.

  1. 01

    Rough / progressive clean

    Framing through MEP trim

Debris controlled and floors kept clear while the trades are still working, so the next crew is not working around the last one.

  2. 02

    Final & detail clean

    After flooring, through fixtures

Top-down, every surface, in an order that does not recontaminate what came before it. Scoped in writing at the walkthrough.

  3. 03

    Punch-list touch-up

    Punch walk through C.O.

We clean behind whoever closed out the punch items and take the cleaning items off your list, one at a time.

Why us

What you get that you are not getting now

Four things you can check on a phone call. We are a new company, so this list is short and every line on it is verifiable — there is no borrowed authority here.

  • On site

The owner is on the job, not on a dispatch board

Jason Martinez runs the crew on site. The person who walked your space and wrote the bid is the person you find when something changes mid-job — no account manager, no callback queue.

  • Equipment

We bring our own equipment and supplies

Vacuums, machines, chemicals, consumables, and the pressure washer arrive with us. What we need from you is water, power, and dumpster access, and we confirm all three at the walkthrough instead of on the morning of.

  • Written scope

The scope gets written down before we bid

We walk the space with you first, at no cost, and put in writing what is included and what is not. The number you get is tied to that scope, so nobody is arguing about overspray at the end of the job.

  • Punch closed

We do not leave punch items for your super to chase

Cleaning items on the punch list are ours to close. We come back, work them off item by item, and tell you when they are done rather than waiting to be asked twice.

What we work on

Residential and commercial

Described by the work rather than by a client list. If your job is not on here, it is probably still a job we can scope — call and describe it.

Residential

Anywhere someone is about to live. Unit-by-unit work with a repeatable scope, or a single house cleaned once and cleaned right.

  • Unit turnovers in multifamily and condo, floor by floor or stack by stack
  • Common areas — lobbies, corridors, amenity decks, fitness rooms, elevator cabs
  • Single-family new construction and whole-home renovations
  • Balconies, terraces, and garage levels
  • Model units ahead of a sales or leasing opening

Commercial

Spaces that have to open on a date. Scoped around your schedule, including phased and after-hours work in buildings that are already occupied.

  • Tenant improvements and interior build-outs
  • Retail spaces, from white box through opening day
  • Office floors, including phased work in occupied buildings
  • Warehouse and flex space — slabs, mezzanines, and dock areas
  • Shell and core handover cleaning

Walk it with us

Send the drawings or just the address. We will walk the space, write the scope down, and get you a number you can put in a bid.
