Post-construction cleaning in Hialeah

Hialeah is mostly retrofit. Light industrial and manufacturing buildings getting a second life, small-bay warehouse being reconfigured, storefronts along the commercial strips being turned over to new tenants, and dense older apartment stock being renovated a building at a time.

Renovation in an old building is a different job from a clean shell. You are removing decades of accumulated grime and this month's construction dust in the same pass, and the two do not come off the same way.

What changes how we scope it

Old grime and new dust are two problems
A building that ran a business for thirty years has residue that construction dust simply lands on top of. We scope those separately at the walkthrough, because pricing them as one pass is how a bid goes wrong.
Staging room is tight
Narrow streets, shared loading, and small lots mean the crew and the equipment arrive together and work in one pass. We do not need a laydown area, and we do not leave gear on site overnight unless you want us to.
Existing conditions get documented
In an older building, some of what looks like dirt is permanent — etched terrazzo, stained slab, oxidized fixtures. We walk it with you first and write down what will not come clean, so it is a note on the bid rather than an argument on the punch walk.
